Parent/Caregiver-Teacher Conferences are an excellent way to engage in the educational success planning for your child. We encourage all families to have ongoing communication with a student's teachers and this event is a perfect opportunity to meet face-to-face.

The next Parent/Caregiver-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026 in the Main Gym. Sessions run from 3:15 - 4:30 pm and 5:15 - 7:00 pm. Students will be dismissed at 2:05 PM on October 29^th.

Appointments are scheduled through http://www.parentinterviews.com/vancouver-technical, an online scheduling tool.

How to book an appointment:

1. Go to: http://www.parentinterviews.com/vancouver-technical

• Returning Families
  • Use last year’s login and password
  • Click “forgot password” if you forget your password
• New Families
  • Register for an account by clicking “Create New Account” and filling in the on-line form
  • Click “Continue” (Note: passwords can only contain letters and numbers) 

• Online booking is open from Wednesday, October 14 at 7:00 PM to Wednesday, October 28 at 11:59 PM.
• Appointments tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time
• Murray Anderson will be available for appointments only for parents and caregivers of students participating in LRP (the Leadership and Resiliency Program).

Important Information:

• Appointments will be 7 minutes in length and are available on a first come, first served basis. 
• Appointments are scheduled back-to-back; we ask you to move quickly from one appointment to the next.
• Waitlists will be created if a teacher is fully booked. We encourage you to contact your child’s teachers directly at any time to arrange a time to speak or meet. Teacher email addresses are on the school website HERE.
