1. April Virtual Drop in Group Topic "Supporting, Understanding & Connecting with a Teen with Depression"

Families gather virtually and watch this video presentation followed by a facilitated discussion.  

Dates: 5 different dates and times throughout the month.

2. Help for the Hard Times Workshop 

For Families whose child or youth (up to 24 years) has been a patient in a psychiatric unit or had an ER visit due to their mental health including Eating Disorders.  Topics include: Supporting a Safety Plan, Taking care of yourself and family after a crisis, and How to find Resources.

3. One on One Support

Parent Peer Support Workers are available for 1:1 parent peer support for families who have a child struggling with their mental health or substance use.  Please email if you would like to connect one on one.
