For Student password resets

1. Go to https://studentpass.vsb.bc.ca/
2. Enter Personal Education Number (PEN) & date of birth (DOB)
3. Either enter your own password or click Generate New Password

Password Criteria

• Passwords must be a minimum of three words
• Each word must have at least 3-letters
• Each word can include one number
• A character must separate the words and can be one of

these: space . , ! $ ) ( ] [ + =

4. Once you’ve entered your password, click Reset Password
