Marie Khouri Visits Magee

The Magee AP students had a feature artist presentation by internationally accalimed sculptor Marie Khouri. She spoke on the passion, commitment and personal history that has been intergral to the success and volume of her work. With maquettes of her large scale scultptures, she brought an interactive presentation that taught the students a great deal about an authentic and meaningful art practice. Ross Penhall Visits Magee

The Magee art students had a special guest visit their classes. Professional artist Ross Penhall came and gave a presentation on how he has become the professional artist he is today. He was full of inspiration and was generous enough to bring in multiple paintings. Ross shared valuable insights on his techniques and processes as a landscape painter.
