Student Office365(TEAMS) Self Serve Password Reset

Logging into Microsoft Office 365 account

  • Go to http://govsb.ca/o365login 

  • Your username is your VSB email: studentnumber@learn.vsb.bc.ca (eg. 1234567@learn.vsb.bc.ca)

  • Password: the one you created to log into a computer at school 


How to Reset Your Microsoft Office 365/ TEAMS Password

1. Please visit studentpass.vsb.bc.ca

2. Input student PEN (Personal Education Number) and Date of Birth 

3. If you do not know the Student PEN number, please contact the office staff or visit the VSB Student PEN Request site. You will need to know the parent email address on file, student birthdate and legal last name.  The student PEN can also be found on the student report card. 

Teachers and Office Staff are not able to reset password for students.
