Our office is now operating on Summer Hours. The building is only accessible with an appointment. Please call the school at 604-713-8233 to speak with a staff member. 

There are NO administrators, counsellors or teachers working during the summer. 

Please note that we have very limited staff working during this time.

FOR TRANSCRIPTS:

Please access the Ministry of Education website to order your transcripts. You will require your PEN number in order to do this. You can obtain your PEN number on your report card (past or current).For printed copies of your report card, please email tupper@vsb.bc.ca Please note that requests can take up to 10 business days to process. 

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE VANCOUVER SCHOOL BOARD AS THEY WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: Please note that current VSB students who will be changing addresses over the summer do not need to report to NWC. If the student’s new address falls within a different catchment school, the family should check with their school regarding summer office hours to update their address with their original catchment school and to apply to the new catchment school.

TIMETABLE CHANGES

Counsellor's will be in during the last week of August to make changes to timetables. Please be sure to contact your counsellor via email during the last week of August, or check the Tupper Website for more information!
