Please complete this form to ensure the name on your Graduation Certificate is correct, a gown is ordered for you and to submit your oneliners.

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2025 School Leaving Ceremony at the Chan Centre, UBC on Friday, June 20th, 2025 at 2pm and the Grad Dinner Dance is at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 at 6pm.

 Cost: $100.00 (If you require financial assistance for Grad ceremony fees please contact your counsellor,, see office to confirm payment by May 15)
 Every graduate gets two tickets, additional tickets must be purchased. See attached memo for details.

Graduation Dinner Dance

June 24

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, 900 W Georgia St, Vancouver
 Doors open at 6pm. This event is optional and for Tupper Grads only and will conclude at 11pm.
 Cost: $110 per student. The school cannot waive fees for this event.

 We would like all of our Grade 12 students to participate in these events. Students, however, must meet some basic expectations to be eligible to participate. Our expectations include: 

  • attend all of their classes regularly and on time
  • follow ROARS (our School Code of Conduct)
  • address outstanding grad fees of $100 for Ceremony and $110 for Dinner Dance (optional) by May 15 deadline

We encourage you to have a discussion with your child about these expectations. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the members of the graduating class of 2025. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our expectations for your child, please contact me at 604-713-8233. Thank you for your support in making these last few months of grade 12 a successful and enjoyable experience for your child.

Grad Ticket Sales: 

Due to the large size of our graduating class, ticket sales for this year's grad event will be limited. There will be 2 rounds of ticket purchases.  These links will be "live" during the times noted below. 

 Important things to consider:  

  • Graduates themselves do not require tickets and will receive 2 complimentary (FREE) tickets during the in-school grad rehearsal on Tuesday June 17 (during FIT/P4). 
  • We understand that families may have large groups but cannot make exceptions to the ticketing procedure in fairness to all.

 Ticket Ordering Process for purchasing additional tickets:  

  1. ROUND ONE ORDERS (May 5 - 14): Families may order up to 2 tickets using this online form. This form will open Monday May 5 12:00 AM and close Wednesday May 14 11:59 PM. 
  2. ROUND ONE PICK-UP (May 15 - 23): Families will be notified by e-mail when tickets are available for pick-up. Tickets are $10 each (to be paid at pick-up; cash only). Tickets not picked up by Friday May 23 4:00 PM will be reabsorbed into the next round.
  3. ROUND TWO ORDERS (May 20 - 29): Families can order up to 2 tickets using this online form. This form will open Tuesday May 20 12:00 AM and close Thursday May 29 11:59 PM.
  4. ROUND TWO PICK-UP (May 30 - June 9): Families will be notified by e-mail when tickets are available for pick-up. Tickets are $10 each (to be paid at pick-up; cash only). Tickets not picked up by Monday June 9 4:00 PM will be re-distributed.

Additional Requests: After June 9, families may submit requests for any remaining tickets through this online form.  This form will open Monday June 9 12:00 AM until 4pm on June18th, or when tickets sold out.  Please note that successful submission of this form does not guarantee tickets. While we will do our best to fulfill requests, this will be limited by the number of unclaimed tickets.
