Open Mind - Mental health tools & resources for youth & young adults

Youth & Young Adults. Self Friends. Sometimes it can be hard to know whether the feelings you are having are a normal part of growing up, or whether there is something more serious going on. It can also be difficult to initiate a conversation about mental health concerns, or even know who to talk to.

This free one-hour workshop will help you understand stress and anxiety and provide simple tips, practices and ideas on how to support your own well-being and ways to keep yourself and your communities empowered and connected.  We invite all students to join us on April 8 from 9:00-10:00am or 3:00-4:00pm.
