Graduation Ceremony

Save the Date! The 2026 graduation ceremony will be on Monday June 15^th at 11am at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Please note the time as we are having a ceremony during the school day this year. There is a $100 fee for the ceremony payable online at SchoolCashOnline or by cash or cheque in the school office. Grad Fees include:  facility rental, awards/trophy engraving, 2 tickets, gown, hat/ tassel, misc. ceremony costs, photographer & ceremony photo(s). The deadline to pay is February 28, 2026. Extra tickets will be available to purchase in April or May for $10 each.

In early January students will be sent a Grad Information Form to complete. This form is used to confirm attendance and to gather student’s height to order the appropriate length gown.

Prom

Save the Date! Prom will be on Wednesday, June 17^th at the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Grad Photos

Students that have not yet had their grad photo taken at Artona Studios can still do so. If you would like your grad photo in the yearbook and on the grad composite, please make sure you book an appointment.

How Artona Grad Sessions Work

1. Book an appointment at KILN. There is no cost to book an appointment, but we do require a credit or debit card to secure the booking. Students are not charged until the time of their session.
2. Get photographed and pay the $60 deposit. At the time of their session, students pay a $60 deposit they can use toward a purchase later. We take both casual and formal photos, including one for the yearbook. If students choose not to order, we’ll refund the deposit within 30 days.

View and order photos online. Students and families can purchase their photos online, with both digital and print options available.
