Multicultural Liaison Workers

At Templeton, the Multicultural Liaison Workers (MCLW) function as cultural bridges, assisting students, families, and school staff by facilitating effective communication across linguistic and cultural boundaries.

Acting as a liaison between school, family and community, MCLWs work to foster inclusion and to support school personnel in recognizing and addressing the distinct needs and concerns of diverse communities.

They are available to support students, families, and school personnel by facilitating communication despite linguistic or cultural differences.
