Office Hours:

The Main Office is open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays, with the exception of the statutory holidays. Please note that staffing levels may vary throughout the summer break, and the office will be closed on days when all office staff are on vacation. Visitors are advised to contact the office by email or telephone in advance to make arrangements prior to arrival.

Student Registration:

Students who are new to the Vancouver School District are required to complete an online registration to initiate the application process. Upon registration, families will receive detailed instructions from the Newcomer Welcome Centre (NWC) including a link to an online booking system for scheduling an appointment with the NWC.

Please note that appointments cannot be made by phone or in person. Appointment slots for the next few weeks are available for booking. Verification of supporting documentation, and assessment where required, will be completed through the NWC. If the registration email is not received within a reasonable timeframe, families are encouraged to contact the NWC directly.
