Parents/Guardians: Please email your child's teachers and churattendance@vsb.bc.ca to report the child's absence. Include the following information:

1. Student's first and last name
2. Grade
3. Student number (6 or 7 digit number)
4. Date(s) of absence
5. Reason of absence
6. Periods that will be missed or time of absence, if not full day absence

Please note: reporting an absence only excuses the absence from a call out/email to parents/guardians from the attendance system but does not excuse the absence from being recorded on the report card.
