The first day of school is Tuesday, September 5, 2023.  An email regarding the first day of school will be sent out to students before September 1.

If a student will be absent during the first week of school (September 5-8), parents/guardians are to report the absence to churattendance@vsb.bc.ca.

If a student is expecting to return to school LATER than NOON on Friday, September 8, 2023 but prior to Friday, September 29, 2023, please complete the form:  2023 Notice of Late Return Form .pdf and email it to churattendance@vsb.bc.ca.  If the school cannot verify a student's attendance at school by noon on Friday, September 8, 2023, the space will be given to another school on the school's waitlist.
