Grade 12 Graduation Assessments
As part of British Columbia’s graduation requirements, students are required to write three Graduation Assessments Numeracy10, Literacy10, and Literacy12. The assessment session for Literacy 12 is going to occur during the week of October 28, 2024 to November 1, 2024.
Students who are missing a Graduation Assessment(s), you may be scheduled to write the assessment(s) during this week as well.
Students will be excused from the classes that you regularly attend to write the assessment and students are expected to attend their regularly scheduled classes when they are not scheduled to write an assessment or if they complete your assessment before the provided end time.
Further information is posted in the school foyer of the school about the Assessments as well as links/QR codes that will take you to online information and resources to prepare for the Assessment(s). Note that this is NOT a Provincial Exam. The result you achieve on the Assessment(s) will not impact your academic standing, BUT you are required to write the assessment to meet Graduation Requirements.
