Britannia Master Plan

This City of Vancouver report (Council Report - Britannia Master Plan) provides an overview of the Britannia Renewal Master Plan which is the culmination of a comprehensive multiple-partner planning and community engagement process. 

Britannia Renewal

The Britannia renewal area consists of properties owned by the Vancouver School District and the City of Vancouver, with the School District owning over 70% of the total land area. The project had dedicated funding for some building design and early rezoning planning for the renewal. Funding is required to move forward with future phases of the plan, including construction, and unfortunately, this funding is not in place. The work done so far, in collaboration with the community, will be essential for future planning. We sincerely appreciate the community's support and participation in this project.
