Pay Transparency Report

British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act, enacted in May 2023, requires B.C. employers to increase transparency and accountability in workplace compensation to help identify and address gender-based pay gaps. Under the Act, provincially regulated employers with 50 or more employees must prepare and publicly post an annual pay transparency report in the same format outlined within the Pay Transparency guidelines by November 1. This report fulfills that requirement and provides public information on gender-based differences in employee pay. For more information, visit Pay Transparency in BC.
