Community Use of VSB Facilities for Camps

The Vancouver School Board is proud to open its doors to the community during spring and summer breaks.  Our schools become vibrant spaces for exciting camps that keep kids active, learning, and having fun while school is out.

Facility Availability During School Breaks

When schools are not in session, facility availability is limited due to scheduled maintenance and operational activities. This period is prioritized for annual upkeep, including deep cleaning, repairs, and grounds maintenance, to ensure facilities are fully prepared for the upcoming school year.  Some playing fields may be closed for seasonal maintenance like aeration and seeding.

Approval and Facility Hours

All booking requests are subject to approval by Operations, Maintenance and Grounds Department.  Available rental hours are limited to weekdays between 7:30 am and 2:30 pm.
