The Vancouver School Board's International Education Program gives students from outside of Canada the opportunity to: 

• Live in the beautiful coastal city of Vancouver, Canada
• Study in one of our excellent schools offering courses in academics, fine arts, technology, languages, and athletics 
• Join a culturally rich cross-section of students, instructors and counsellors who contribute to our high quality of education 
• Graduate with a Grade 12 diploma
• Enjoy homestay with welcoming local families

The Vancouver School Board accepts applications from qualified international students and offers support to students including orientation for new students, English as a Second Language courses, multilingual district staff, district student excursions and access to Vancouver city’s multilingual medical practitioners.

Students can apply to study for:

• an academic year
• several years to graduate from high school
• short-term study including summer school

Credentials earned in the Vancouver school district are recognized worldwide.
