Mini School Programs
District Registry opens on November 16, 2026 (at 9:00 am) and applications are closed on December 17, 2026(at 11:59 pm).
VSB's Mini School Programs offer specialized learning opportunities designed to meet diverse student interests and needs for students residing in Vancouver.
Students must apply to each program separately as per each program's process.
There are 2 steps:
- Complete the District Registry process.
- Apply to each Mini School program individually through the program websites(see links below).

All Vancouver School District secondary schools offer a variety of challenging and exciting programs and courses. Many schools have also developed their school-based enrichment program for a wide variety of interests and abilities.
Mini School Programs begin at the Grade 8 level.
Contact the programs directly for information, contact information and application forms. Program information nights begin at 7:00 pm unless indicated otherwise.
